What Is Portfolio Management at AETRAM?
How the service works.
AETRAM FINSERV manages investment portfolios on a discretionary basis for eligible clients. Discretionary means our team makes and implements the investment decisions for you, always within a written mandate agreed before any capital is invested.
What a mandate is.
The mandate is the document that governs the relationship. It records your investment objectives, your risk profile, any constraints you set and the framework we manage within. Every decision we make on your behalf is accountable to it.
What the service is not.
Portfolio management is not a trading account and not an advisory service. We do not provide investment recommendations for you to act on yourself; we manage the portfolio under the mandate, and you stay informed through structured reporting and reviews.
Who Can Benefit From Portfolio Management?
The service is designed for individual and non-individual clients who prefer professional management of their investments: people and entities whose time, interest or expertise sits elsewhere, and who want a disciplined process rather than day-to-day involvement. It may suit those investing for long-term objectives, those consolidating investments under one professional framework, and those with substantial portfolios seeking structured oversight.
Every engagement begins with a suitability assessment. If the service is not appropriate for your circumstances, we will tell you so.
A Mandate That Reflects Your Objectives
No two mandates are identical, because no two clients are. Your mandate is shaped by:
Investment Objectives
What the portfolio is for, and over what horizon
Risk Profile
How much variability you can accept, financially and personally, from more conservative to more growth-oriented
Constraints
Anything you want excluded or limited, recorded in writing
Liquidity Needs
How accessible your capital should remain
Review Preferences
how and when we report to you and revisit the mandate
A Disciplined Investment Process
Understand
We assess your objectives, circumstances and risk profile.
Agree
The mandate is documented and signed before anything is invested.
Construct
The portfolio is built to the mandate, with diversification and risk management at its core.
Manage
We monitor and adjust the portfolio within the mandate as markets and circumstances evolve.
Review
Structured reporting and scheduled reviews keep you informed, and the mandate is revisited as your circumstances change.
Suitability Comes First
Before any mandate is agreed, we complete a full suitability assessment covering your financial circumstances, objectives, knowledge and experience, and risk profile. Acceptance is subject to this review and to the required documentation; completing an enquiry does not guarantee engagement. This is a regulatory obligation, and it is also how a portfolio ends up genuinely fitting its owner.

Why Choose AETRAM
Regulated Framework
Portfolio management provided under our UAE CMA regulatory framework, with verifiable licence details.
Mandate Discipline
Every decision accountable to a written mandate agreed with you.
Suitability First
A genuine assessment before engagement, not a formality after it.
Transparent Fees
Fees set out in the client agreement before you commit, with no charges outside the agreed documents.
Structured Reporting
Statements and reviews on an agreed schedule, not on request only.
Honest Expectations
Markets involve risk, and we never promise returns. What we commit to is process, discipline and accountability.
Investment Risks
Portfolio management involves investment risk. The value of a portfolio can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested. Returns are not guaranteed, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market, currency, liquidity and concentration risks can all affect outcomes, and the suitability assessment exists to ensure you understand and can bear the risks of your mandate before it begins.

Individual and non-individual clients who prefer professional, disciplined management of their investments over managing them personally, subject to suitability and eligibility review.

Statements are provided at agreed intervals, with scheduled review meetings on top. The reporting cadence is set in your mandate.
Request a consultation. We will discuss your objectives, complete the suitability assessment and, where the service is appropriate, agree the mandate and onboarding steps.
